Commercial Insurance Account Handler

CKB Recruitment are pleased to be working with successful broking group, who are now looking to add to their team in their office in Bromsgrove. They have an attractive office space with room to grow and plans to do so over the coming years, so this is a great time to join them.


This broker specialises in general commercial insurance with a particular emphasis on the SME market, and are looking for a new Commercial Account handler to join them to help them continue to grow at an impressive rate.


They provide a working culture that is close knit and friendly, but professional and hardworking at the same time and they aim to deliver a fantastic service for their clients at all times.


You will be responsible for the servicing of new and existing Commercial Insurance clients, being tasked with preparing new business quotations, and renewals for new and existing clients, as well as liaising with Insurers/Underwriters.


This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person who has gained at least 1-2 years Commercial Insurance experience, who would like to expand their skills and knowledge as this broker are renowned for their ongoing training and development, whilst this also represents a great opportunity for a more experienced Account Handler, looking for a new challenge. Those with the Cert CII qualification would be at a distinct advantage, although this is not essential.


You should be able to demonstrate a good grounding dealing with commercial insurance products,

possessing a confident telephone manner and be able to work with clients at all levels.


Salary on offer is £24-32k depending on skills and experience.


Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-12noon.
