Personal Lines Clerk - Quality Control & Administration team.

CKB Recruitment are pleased to be working with one of the UK's leading independent insurance intermediaries based in quality and modern offices in Tolworth, Surrey. My client has over 40 years’ experience providing a wide range of quality insurance cover at very competitive prices and due to growth in their Quality Control/Administration department they are now seeking to appoint 2 Personal Lines Insurance Clerks to complement their existing team.


In this role you will be responsible for general insurance office duties as well as collecting payments from customers, processing incoming and outgoing mail, liaising with insurance companies and liaising with a premium funding company. You will also be responsible for downloading and reconciling a weekly payment, dealing with daily arrears reports and contacting the clients as well as reconciling on the in-house daily banking and preparing and actioning a daily diary and cover note report


In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in Car, Van and to a lesser degree Home Insurance. Individuals who are working towards there CII qualification would be at a distinct advantage however this is not essential to be considered as my client will help fund professional studies. Salary on offer is £22,000.00 - Increasing to £24,000.00 on completion of 3 months employment and obtaining the IF1 examination via the CII.


In addition to the above salary, a further £2,160.00 is paid for working alternate Saturdays.


Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Alternate Saturdays 9:00am – 4.30pm
