Administrator (Insurance Brokers)

We are currently recruiting for local insurance broker who have an opportunity for someone to join them in their Winchester office as an Insurance Administrator on a 5-strong team of administrators.


The firm specialises in providing cross-class commercial (B2B) and personal lines (B2C) insurance solutions to a diverse range of industry sectors, with a well -respected name in the local market.

They are seeking to recruit an Administrator with excellent administration skills and a sparkling telephone manner, who can multi task and think on their feet.


You will be responsible for updating diaries, dealing with and responding to customer emails, dealing with incoming, general admin duties and dealing with general customer phone calls.


To be successful in this role you will need to be professional and organised, and will need a minimum of 1 years admin and/or customer service based experience, but this does not have to be gained within an insurance or financial services environment, although this would be a big advantage. You will also need to be a “team player” with good IT skills.

Salary on offer is £18-22k. Office hours are Monday to Friday: 8.40am - 5.30pm and Saturdays: 8:40am - 12.00 noon (on a rota basis of 1 in 2)
