Office Administrator/Customer Service Advisor

My client is a large, successful insurance broking group who are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator/Customer Service Advisor in its Oxford branch. This broker is well established across the UK, growing dynamically and offers real career progression for the right people!


If you are bright and enthusiastic and have gained at least 1 year plus administration and customer service experience, gained in any sector, then we would be keen to speak to you!

As an Administrator/Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for inviting client renewals, assisting with daily banking, scanning and post requirements as well as helping out with overflow client calls at busy times when all the sales advisors are on other calls.


There is great insurance training in place, plus the Chartered Insurance Institution Diploma (CII exams), which is funded by the employer, plus 20 training modules that you are mentored through, backed up with some self-study.

In return, you will receive a starting salary ranging from between £16-20k depending on experience with excellent promotion and career prospects!


Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm. Please note that you will be required to work Saturday 9am-12pm on a rota basis
