Customer Service Advisor - Croydon

CKB Recruitment are pleased to be working with an independent Commercial Insurance Broker, who continue to display impressive year on year growth, and who have recently moved to a new bigger office in Sutton, and as such are looking to add to their friendly and ambitious team.

They are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy customer services team. The successful applicant will need to have a minimum of 1 years’ customer service experience (no insurance experience is required, though this would be ideal, but preferably you will have office or call centre-based experience). This role would be ideal for somebody looking to take the next step in their customer service career.


Full training will be provided but they expect the individual to have excellent customer services skills, a confident telephone manner and excellent organisation skills.


You will be required to handled existing customer calls, advising them on renewals as well as other general enquiries, handle complaints and deal with general day to day administration.


To be considered for this role you will need to have demonstrable commitment to a previous employer, strong customer service skills, strong IT skills, strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and be Somebody looking for a career in insurance


Starting salary available is £17-24k, depending on your experience.


Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm from their offices in Sutton, Surrey
