In a market which is going through considerable change, our client has truly mastered the BTL niche and as a result, boasts an impressive client list of corporate and high net worth property investors. It has strong relationships with circa 46 different niche lenders, enjoying some of the best relationships with these lenders in the market, with this being attributed to the way they operate a totally transparent and mutually beneficial trading relationship with their lenders, and having a reputation for being hassle free to deal with!
With substantial growth plans, the business has a fantastic modern office in Southport, which holds the capacity to treble their headcount and as such, this is a very exciting time to join them! In line with its on-going growth plans, the company seeks to appoint several high calibre Mortgage Brokers/Advisors. They want to speak to people who genuinely care about their clients and the service they offer, and who want to progress in their career!
Being one of the leading protagonists in the Buy To Let arena, the company takes great pride in providing a highly consultative service to its client base, which generates a great deal of repeat business and referrals. The top performers within the company are consistently writing over 25 mortgages a month, and with an average of 4/5 properties within each client's portfolio, there is enormous opportunity! Specialising in complex business such as Ltd company mortgages and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), the company attracts some very high-profile business and has a large number of clients with property portfolios in excess of £5m.
This is a fantastic opportunity to move into a more specialist area of the market, where you can be involved with some very high-profile cases. With access to the whole of market, and with administration support provided by an experienced and highly professional administration team, you will be given the opportunity to earn a substantial amount of income through hard work and dedication.
Whilst whole of market experience would be an advantage, our client will consider talented candidates from restricted and tied environments such as banks or building societies, including those with simply residential mortgage experience, as comprehensive training will be provided. You must have strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to gain client confidence through a consultative sales approach. This is not a ‘hard sales environment’, as this broker actively encourages open, honest and ethical client advice. As this is a phone-based role, you must be highly professional and engaging, with the ability to secure strong buy-in from clients in a non-face to face advisory position.
You will be rewarded with a basic salary of £27-32k plus excellent bonus potential, with realistic OTE of anything from £50-100k, together with a range of company benefits, including free parking.
