Motor Claims Handler

CKB Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Motor Claims Handlers, with a minimum of 2 years motor claims handling experience, to join a leading Claims Management company, based in West Malling, Kent.

This business offers a specialist claims services to the insurance industry, which includes handling complex theft, accident and personal injury claims requiring careful investigation, efficient case management and fair, balanced reporting.

To be considered for this role you must have Motor Claims handling experience, and those with exposure to Vehicle Theft or RTC would be at a distinct advantage. Consideration will also be given to candidates who have worked in the Police and dealt with RTA’s and vehicle theft.

Candidates should have a positive personality and the ability to think for yourself in a busy environment. You will need good telephone skills with a clear, confident manner, professional email and letter writing skills. Applicants should be customer focused with a calm, empathetic approach and the ability to negotiate effectively.

You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary of £19-21k depending on experience.
