Customer Service Advisor/Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a well-respected, and fast-growing insurance broking firm who have an opportunity for two people with a small amount of insurance experience to join them in their Purfleet office as a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator on their Insurance Customer Service and Admin team.
They are seeking to recruit a someone with ideally, at least 6 months insurance-based sales, admin or customer service experience, although they will consider those from office Administration/Customer Service background who are keen on a move into Insurance! You will need excellent administration skills, as well as a professional telephone manner.
You will be responsible for providing a professional customer service experience to its customers, as well as providing full administrative support to both the organisations new sales and existing business teams, which will include administering policy renewals and processing mid-term adjustments as appropriate.
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent abilities in numeracy and literacy, show a willingness to learn, have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate competent IT skills and be able to show a strong working knowledge of personal lines insurance.
Salary on offer is £17-19k depending on skills and experience and office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.
