Insurance Administrator x1 & Insurance Customer Service Advisor x1
We are currently recruiting for a well-respected, and fast-growing insurance broking firm who now have several opportunities for people with varying amounts of insurance experience to join them in their Purfleet office in their admin department, where they seek to appoint 1 Customer Service Advisor and 1 Administrator.
The firm specialises in providing cross-class commercial (B2B) and personal lines (B2C) insurance solutions to a diverse range of industry sectors, and as such are keen to hear from people with experience in either.
For both roles, they are seeking to recruit someone with at least 6 months insurance-based experience. You will need excellent administration skills, as well as a professional telephone manner.
You will be responsible for providing a professional customer service experience to customers as well as administering policy renewals and processing mid-term adjustments as appropriate. You will be the first port of call for customer contact and will advise on all lines of personal lines insurance.
To be successful in these roles you will need to have and have a sparkling telephone manner and excellent communication skills as well as being able to demonstrate competent IT skills and be able to show a good working knowledge of insurance.

Salary on offer is £16,500 to £18,000 and office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
