My client is a large, successful insurance broking group that is currently looking to recruit several new Insurance Advisors/Brokers for their Northampton Branch due to organic growth.

This highly successful organisation is looking for the future stars of its business. Pure and simple, you need to be driven, ambitious, tenacious, ready to prove yourself, and to be the best at what you do.

It is looking to receive applications from candidates that are highly ambitious and motivated and are particularly keen to see applicants from an insurance, sales, banking or retail management backgrounds.

As a Broker, your role will be to obtain the best quote you can for your customer from a select panel of insurers, and to then arrange insurance cover as agreed with the client. This will involve negotiation with both insurers and customers, so you will need to be a strong negotiator and a confident communicator and be able to build profitable customer relationships over the phone.

In return, you will receive a salary ranging from between £20-25k with excellent promotion and career prospects, including support with professional insurance qualifications (Cert CII).

Please note that you will be required to work Saturday 9-12 on a rota basis and Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
