Motor Fleet Account Handler

A brand-new team member is wanted to join a very busy insurance broker's close-knit Commercial Motor Fleet team in its Tooting branch.

Do you have at least 1 years Motor Insurance experience (ideally Motor Fleet) and want to join a company who will nurture you, and offer you a platform to go onto great success?

The role is a great blend of admin, organisational, IT & case management skills, where you will be responsible for dealing with customers Midterm adjustments and renewals (Fleet only)

There is great insurance training, plus the Chartered Insurance Institution Diploma (CII Diploma), which is funded by the employer, plus 20 training modules that you are mentored through, backed up with some self-study.

You will win each customer's trust and loyalty through a listening approach, great customer service and your memorable personality and attention to detail.

The benefits package includes training, professional qualifications, a pension scheme, holiday entitlement of 22 days to start.

Salary on offer is £20-28k, depending on experience.

The hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday - Friday plus one in two Saturday mornings 8.30 to 12 midday (on a rota).
