Insurance Sales & Service Advisors x2

CKB Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading Insurance group who have two fantastic opportunities available to join them in their Winchester office as Insurance Customer Sales and Service Advisors, in their highly skilled and successful team.

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be working at the heart of an expanding local business with exciting growth plans. You will proactively maximise sales, by both cross-selling products to existing clients and generating new business for personal lines insurance (Household and Motor), and as you progress you will be trained to handle High Net Worth clients as well as Commercial clients. Your work will involve dealing with a mixture of new business, mid-term adjustments, renewal reviews and claims handling.

You will be self-motivated, driven and ready promote the organisation at every turn to achieve the businesses goals as well as individual targets.

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a few years office experience (insurance would be a bonus) and have a history of working with targets.

Office hours are 8:45am to 5:15pm and the salary on offer is £18-25k depending on experience, plus bonus.
