Commercial Account Executive

A Commercial Insurance Broker based in Purfleet, Essex is looking for a full time enthusiastic and hardworking Commercial Business Account Executive with 5 + years of Commercial Insurance experience to join them to help expand their Commercial Insurance Business.

Your main role will be to work to develop the commercial client book of business by way of generating leads from a range of sources and follow these up to ensure quotation and conversion to sale along with retaining the existing book of business. You will be dealing with enquiries via telephone, face to face meetings and email communication.

To be considered you will need to have experience in a range of Commercial Insurance risks such as SME, Commercial Combined, Professional Indemnity, Property Owners, Employers Liability, Motor Fleet, and those with exposure to Cyber and Commercial Legal would be at a distinct advantage. This will be gained in a client servicing and account handling roles.

They are also looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, with a passion for insurance sales, who possesses excellent negotiation and relationships building skills. You will also need a clean driving licence!

Salary based on experience will £35-40k basic plus commission, company mobile phone, 21 days holiday + bank holidays and a workplace pension scheme after 3 months employment.

Hours - 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
