New Business Executive

Are you a genuine new business developer, who enjoys the hunt for new clients, and bringing these new business relationships into a business? If so, this could be just the job for you!

We are currently recruiting for a well-established local insurance broking firm who have an opportunity for a new business developer to join them working out of their office in Chingford, although with this role it would be expected most days you will be out and about cultivating new business relationships! In addition, for the right candidate is you succeed in this role, you could potentially progress to joining the board as Sales Director, with a team beneath you.

As a firm, they specialise in providing cross-class commercial (B2B) and personal lines (B2C) insurance solutions to a diverse range of industry sectors.

They are seeking to recruit someone who thrives winning new business, generating new clients and is well networked to join them to add some real value to their business. As well as considering those already in a similar role within insurance, they will also consider those in other industries with proven track records. First and foremost, you will be an experienced “hunter” of new clients, able to open doors and develop relationships to bring these into the business.

You will be responsible for identifying and then on boarding new clients (involving attending various networking events, and whatever else you feel is needed to get the job done!) You will then pass clients over to the broking team and servicing Executive who will then manage the relationship going forward, meaning you can concentrate solely on new business!

You will be bonused on new business income generated off the back of your work, with excellent OTE available.

Salary on offer is totally negotiable depending on your experience and sales track record. But it is envisaged a basic salary of anything from £30,000 up to £45,000 with uncapped bonuses giving you the opportunity to earn what you are worth!

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
