Commercial Claims Handler

Experienced, confident and enthusiastic Claims Handler/ Negotiator sought by forward-thinking & award-winning Independent Insurance Broker for a rewarding and challenging role in their Commercial Claims Team in Twickenham.

Playing an integral part in the Commercial Claims Team, you’ll have a good understanding of the Commercial Claims process and be confident taking ownership of Claims from start to finish.

As well as managing a busy caseload, you’ll ensure that each client experiences a positive journey by guiding them with careful and tailored communication. You’ll therefore be a confident and empathetic communicator able to deal with the challenges Claims can often throw up.

They welcome all the usual things; professionalism, accuracy and technical ability, but what they really look out for is personality, team fit and someone who could make a really positive difference to the team and wider company.

You will have extensive Commercial Claims experience across various classes of business, excellent communication skills and be adept at managing expectations and providing first class assistance to clients. Those with the CII qualification are preferred although they will also consider those studying or who want to study and pass within 12 months of joining them.

You will also be an enthusiastic, confident communicator with strong customer service values and be able to show demonstrable ability to work under pressure in a varied environment.

Highly competitive salary, plus excellent company benefits are on offer. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5pm
