Personal Lines & Mid-High Net Worth Account Handler

We are currently recruiting for a well-established broking group who have an opportunity for someone with strong private clients experience to join them as an Account Handler in their office in Bagshot, Surrey. Long term there may also be the opportunity to move into the commercial team!

As a firm, they specialise in providing cross-class commercial and personal lines insurance solutions to a diverse range of industry sectors, and the current book of business is made up of cross class commercial as well as a large Personal Lines book, with a large number of Household and High Net Worth/VIP clients.

They are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic insurance professional with at least 3 years insurance broking experience, gained dealing with personal lines and Mid Net Worth clients as a minimum, although those with HNW experience would be highly desired.

You will be joining a small team of 4, in an office which currently has 15 staff and be responsible for providing quotations, placing risks on cover, administering mid-term adjustments and helping to develop the business by maintaining excellent customer service standards, which this firm has become renowned for.

Above all you will be ambitious and motivated, looking to join a company that offers a very grown up working environment, and one which does not micro manage its staff. You will be a great team player with good IT skills (Open GI system experience would be a big advantage) and an excellent telephone manner.

Salary on offer is £25-28k, depending on experience. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, so no shifts and no Saturdays!
