Insurance Lead Generator

We are currently recruiting for a well-known Chartered Insurance Broking group that sits in the top 100 Brokers in the UK. This firm are Specialists to the sectors they work in, providing bespoke insurance solutions to a diverse range of commercial and corporate customers and generates a great deal of referral business as a result of its professional approach. The company is owner-led, and as a result, offers fantastic career development for hard-working and ambitious people.

The company is now keen to add an ambitious Telemarketers/Lead Generators to its sales team., where you will be responsible for making the initial sales calls to clients to discuss their business insurance products, B2B, dealing with Small SME, medium sized and large corporate clients

You will be required to undertake non-scripted outbound cold calls to clients on the company database as well as identifying your own business targets, with the objective of cleansing data and gathering information, getting past gate keepers and reaching decision makers, setting appointments for the Sales Executives and Directors as well as referring leads to the internal sales team.

First and foremost, you will need to have a very professional telephone manner with the ability to open doors with potential clients up to Director Level, so only driven and ambitious people are sought for this role.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have a strong and proven background in lead generation. You must also be self-motivated and able to push through rejection and handle each and every call with enthusiasm.

You will be rewarded with a starting basic salary of £20-30k (depending on experience), with strong bonuses available for hitting and exceeding targets (uncapped commission).

Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, with a 5pm Finish on a Friday.
