Turkish Speaking Trainee Insurance Broker & Experienced Account Handler

We are currently recruiting for a Turkish speaking Trainee Insurance Broker for this well-respected insurance groups Cambridge office! The firm specialises in providing cross-class commercial (B2B) and personal lines (B2C) insurance solutions to a diverse range of industry sectors, and the current book of business is made up of class commercial such as EL, PL, PI Property as well as some Personal Lines Motor and Household business.

You will be responsible for providing quotes on new business, administering policy renewals and processing mid-term adjustments as appropriate. You will be the first port of call for customer contact and will advise on all lines of personal and commercial insurance. You will also be required to organise appointments to visit various businesses to discuss and quote for their insurance

To be successful in this role you will need to have a confident personality and be comfortable building relationships with both existing and prospective clients, being ambitious and pro active and above all career driven!

Salary on offer is £14-16k pa to start for a trainee and £23-30k for an experienced insurance professional (with the Turkish language skills), and full support will be given to you to achieve the Cert CII exam, the insurance industry standard qualification.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with an hour for lunch, and Saturdays 9am-12:30pm on a rota basis.
