Marketing Manager - Lloyds Broker

We are pleased to be working exclusively on this exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Manager/Executive to join a forward-thinking international Lloyd’s Insurance Broker, based in the heart of the City of London.

If you have a natural ability to champion a brand, challenge the status quo and look at the finer details then this role is for you. Candidates MUST have experience in SEO, Google AdWords, Social Media Management and good copy-writing skills, as well as having superb communication skills and natural flair for creative marketing, coupled with a minimum of 3-4 years marketing experience with a track record in marketing in insurance or a service based industry with experience in digital marketing and social media channels.

You will be responsible for content writing (website, blogs, forums) and social media management, as well as being in charge of marketing strategies for new product launches, which will involve various project work. You will be involved in all areas of this businesses marketing strategy, collaborating cross functionally with product, sales and the wider business teams, including working closely with the Board and helping to create and push various marketing initiatives to grow the businesses brand.

You will ideally have a marketing degree or equivalent experience and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

You will be Highly motivated, energetic individual with the ability to handle tasks proactively and independently with exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning and organisational skills and a high attention to detail are also key, as is the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workloads to meet competing deadlines.

Salary on offer is £30-35k per annum plus bonus and room for upwards progression in the business.
