They specialise in providing Travel Insurance to customers with medical conditions, and of older age groups who may have difficulty finding insurance elsewhere. They pride themselves on the service they provide, giving their customers the chance to travel, regardless of their age, the destination or the medical condition.

They are now looking to recruit 25 new staff into their Sales team, where you will be responsible for selling travel insurance to these customers! Their sales contact centre handles inbound calls from customers and accurately screen pre-existing medical conditions in order to provide policy quotes and maximising business opportunities whilst adhering to FCA regulations.

To be considered for these roles, you will need to have experience gained within a call centre environment or a similar role dealing with inbound sales calls (this does not need to be insurance based as full training will be provided) with a natural flair for sales and customer service!

Starting salary is £17,840 plus uncapped commission (which should take you to £28-30k OTE). You will be required to work a 37.5-hour week, based on a shift basis (and if working a weekend, you will be given time off in lieu.)

The call centre is open during the following hours: -

8:30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm Saturday, 10am to 5pm on Sunday and 10am to 4pm on bank holidays.
