They specialise in providing Travel Insurance to customers with medical conditions, and of older age groups who may have difficulty finding insurance elsewhere. They pride themselves on the service they provide, giving their customers the chance to travel, regardless of their age, the destination or the medical condition.

They are now looking to recruit 3 new staff into their Customer Care team, where you will be responsible for taking inbound customer service calls. The customer care unit provide top quality customer service using a variety of channels, including telephone, email and live chat.

To be considered for these roles, you will need to have experience gained within a call centre environment or a similar role dealing with inbound customer service calls (this does not need to be insurance based as full training will be provided) with a passion for providing outstanding customer service!

Starting salary is £19-21,500. You will be required to work a 37.5-hour week, based on a shift basis (and if working a weekend, you will be given time off in lieu.)

The call centre is open during the following hours: -

8:30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm Saturday, 10am to 5pm on Sunday and 10am to 4pm on bank holidays.
