Customer Service Advisor
Customer Service/Admin professional is sought by a leading Insurance group who have a fantastic opportunity available to join them in one of 3 of their offices(Either Oban, Campbeltown or the Isle of Isley) as an Insurance Customer Service Advisor, where you will be joining a highly successful yet warm and friendly team of other professionals.
As a Customer Services Adviser within their small team, you’ll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and your customers are always happy. Providing exceptional administrative support, you’ll handle enquiries, paperwork, sales tasks and potentially some bookkeeping admin, with a ‘can-do’ proactive enthusiasm. The chances are, you’ll have already worked in a similar role, so will be no stranger to applying an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do….
To be considered for this role, you will need at least 1 year plus customer service and administration (those with insurance experience would be ideal, but they will consider other admin/CS experience as full product training will be provided). You will also need a great telephone manner, and a passion for providing exceptional service to your business customers! You will also be able to communicate and build relationships with a very rural client base.
Just as important as your experience will be your attitude with a genuine desire to achieve the best possible customer outcome, as this is what this company are renowned for! Due to the amount of time and money my client invests in training and developing their staff, and the ongoing training you will receive, they only seek applicants who are looking for a long-term career focused role.
Office hours are 8:45am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Salary on offer is £17-21k to start
