2 brand-new team members are wanted to join a very busy insurance broking group to deal with the sales and renewals for Home and Motor Insurance., with exciting opportunities to join a brand-new branch opening in late September 2020 in Harrogate!

This broker is well established in the insurance marketplace with branches and offices across the Midlands and South East and West of England and are now growing their branch network in the North. They are growing dynamically and offer real progression for the right people! If you are bright, enthusiastic, thrive in a busy sales environment and enjoy achieving personal and team goals then this could be the job for you!

The role is a great blend of admin, organisational, IT & case management skills, re-prioritising a changing, evolving personal workload - also exemplary customer service and lots of customer contact in a customer facing role, sourcing and presenting insurance solutions tailored to meet each customer's very individual needs.

There is great insurance training, plus the Chartered Insurance Institution Diploma (CII Diploma), which is funded by the employer, plus 20 training modules that you are mentored through, backed up with some self-study.

The role is about giving your customers better, cheaper or more comprehensive insurance cover for motor and home insurance including buildings and contents insurance, also travel insurance for all sorts of places & activities, so, the role is varied and ever changing - no two days are alike!

You will win each customer's trust and loyalty through a listening approach, great customer service and your memorable personality and attention to detail.

The benefits package includes training, professional qualifications, a pension scheme, holiday entitlement of 22 days to start.

There is no cold-calling or telesales. There ARE lots of warm and hot leads, referrals, recommendations and close customer contact. You will be part of a friendly, professional team.

Salary on offer is £19-25k, depending on experience. Please note that you will be required to undertake training prior to the branch going live. The location this will take place in is To be confirmed.

The hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday - Friday plus one in two Saturday mornings 8.30 am to 12 midday (on a rota).
