Commercial Account Executive/Handler

We are working with a well-established insurance broker in Surbiton who offer a genuinely fantastic proposition, and one that we feel is a great cause, with one of the brands under this business donating 25% of their commissions to a wide range of animal charities. They are passionate about supporting the natural world, and this is something the founding Director is really passionate about and this brokers mission statement. As such we are very keen to speak with insurance professionals with a passion for animals, although this is not essential to the role, my client feel people who buy into their vision will make the best fit into this business!

They seek someone who can split their time between working under this brand, as well as working for the traditional part of this broking business, so offer a very varied role, where no two days will be the same, given the split between the two businesses you will be employed by!

They are looking for an experienced insurance broker with a good all-round knowledge, ideally with a bias towards Commercial Lines classes of business to join them as an Account Executive. This role will be will responsible for new business as well as handling existing clients for Commercial and Personal Lines risks.

To be considered you will possess at least 3 years+ in a broking role, with experience gained in a new business focused position and be a strong communicator with a flair for sales and relationship building. They are happy to consider Commercial Account Handlers who wants to move into a ore client focused role.

Knowledge of Open GI system would also be a distinct advantage, although not essential.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.

Salary on offer is £30-40k depending on your experience, although this may be flexible for the right person
