HNW Private Clients Team Manager

We are currently working with a successful Insurance Brokers, who are now seeking to appoint a new Manager to lead their HNW team. They are a great business, and offer a great working environment and career progression, with them being an accredited investor in people employer as well as being voted in the top 20 UK Insurance Brokers to work for in 2016!

This is a great and rarely available opportunity to head up this high performing team, as the current Manager is relocating!

Playing an integral role in the Private Clients Team, you will have a solid understanding of the High Net Worth market and a proven track record in a similar role developing and improving efficiencies of a team.

As well as supporting and developing the team of Client Executives and Technicians, you will also take ownership of some client handling functions and will not be afraid to get stuck in to support the team when needed.

They welcome all the usual things; great communication, accuracy and technical ability, but what they are really looking out for with this role is personality, team fit and someone who could make a really positive difference to the team and wider company.

Their Private Clients Team are experts in their field, delivering high quality insurance products (including: Home, Motor, Fine Art & Jewellery, Yachts & Motorboats, Leisure & Lifestyle and Family Office) and related advice to High Net Worth individuals

They want to speak to someone who can bring excellent Team Leadership skills with experience of building a team and improving people/team dynamics with it being essential that you come from a strong broking background with considerable experience in and knowledge of the HNW Insurance field.

Someone who has experience of using Acturis would also be a distinct advantage.

You will be happy to manage the day to day elements of the role/team and be comfortable documenting activity whilst working on a larger framework, and most of all, can buy into what the team is striving to achieve and can work well with Senior Management and the team in order to achieve this.

Salary on offer is highly competitive and can be disclosed on contact with us here at CKB and also comes with an Annual Profit-related bonus, PMI, 5% pension, Income Protection and a Parking Space. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5pm
