Commercial Account Executives - Want to move into Management?

A forward-thinking independent Commercial Insurance Broker are now looking to speak to you if you would like to step into your first management role, heading up their New Business Team of 8!  If you are on your way up in your Insurance career, with the desire to earn some excellent bonuses, then please read on!

This broker is a decent size (currently 52 staff) and have grown impressively since their inception in 2009, and have further big, exciting and innovate plans to develop the business going forward.

As such we are keen to speak to you if you have a background in commercial insurance broking sales, and feel the next step you are looking to take in your career is into a management role.

 

They are looking for someone to join them to head up their very successful and over performing sales team of 8. As the team are so successful, they are looking for someone who wants to join to carrying out a mentoring role, as well as being happy to roll your sleeves up and cultivate your own new business opportunities too, so you will not just manage the team but lead from the front developing new business here!

 

You will also need a genuine desire to absolutely rock at what you do, working for a company who rewards you for doing it! They invest heavily in their staff with internal and external training and offer a grown-up working culture where you will be encouraged to self-manage!

In return, the salary on offer is £45-50k depending on experience, plus excellent bonuses (OTE - £70-90k), with 20 days holiday to start. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm. They also throw an absolutely awesome Christmas do every year, and have a ton of company events, including a summer BBQ and even a local football team!
