Commercial Client Service Advisor

It’s an exciting time to be joining them, as they have lots going on, and big plans for the future!

They are now keen to add a Commercial Account Handler, to their Cardiff office (though do offer flexible working, so staff can work from home 5 days a week if they so wish, with just 1 day a month required in the office)

Working under the leadership of a very passionate and knowledgeable Operations Manager, in a team of 20, there is a real team spirit here, with a fantastic customer centric ethos, and they are looking for someone who wants to add to this!

This team specialise in handling global business, referred to them by other group offices around the whole world! As such you will get to work on some very interesting clients and cases, but handling these through the referring office.

This role requires you to pick up the case once it has been placed, and then manage this and handle renewals as the account progresses.

To be considered for these roles, you will need at least 2 years commercial broking experience, with a passion for putting your clients at the heart of everything you do, then we would love to hear from you! They will also consider those with commercial experience gained working for an Insurer or MGA.

You will also ideally have the Cert CII qualification or at the very least be keen to study towards this.

Salary on offer is £25-30,000 and an extensive benefits package, and when we say extensive, we mean it!!!

Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
