Commercial Account Executive

We are currently recruiting for a well-known local broking group that has shown some amazing organic growth over the last couple of years and as such offers a great place to work for those of you looking for a business who reward hard work and success with genuine career progression in an owner led business.

This Broker is now looking for a new Commercial Account Executives to join them in their office on the outskirts of Purley, and this would suit a sales focused Handler looking to make their mark in their first Exec role or even an Exec already who perhaps feels they are not getting the financial rewards their current success deserves!

They are keen to speak with those who have been working in a commercial broking role that are used to dealing with a good cross section of commercial policies (such as Commercial Combined, Contractors, Fleets, Motor Trade, D&O, PI, EL, PL etc) and able to handle a client with several policies due at the same time.

The firm specialises in providing bespoke insurance solutions to a diverse range of commercial and corporate customers, with a focus on Construction clients, and generates a great deal of referral business as a result of its client led approach. They offer a stable place for you to thrive with your career, and have a very low turnover of staff, so opportunities to join them come up very rarely, and these are solely down to business growth.

To be considered for these roles, you will need a minimum of commercial broking sales experience and ideally have the Cert CII qualification, although this is not essential.

You will be highly professional with a confident demeanour, as well as being extremely driven and highly ambitious.

Salary on offer is £35-40k basic with car, plus excellent bonuses and pension.

Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
