Insurance Customer Service Advisor
A well-established insurance group who handle both personal and commercial insurance products, now have an excellent opportunity for those with at least 1 years insurance experience to join them. The role itself sits within their Underwriting Customer Services Department, based at their Glasgow office.
The purpose of the role is to provide quotations for Existing Business and Renewals and to assist the Branch and be a referral point for the Trainees in the office. The role requires dealing with clients in the branch, over the phone and via e-mail to ensure retention targets are maximised, through the provision of efficient communication & negotiation skills.
The role will require someone who has good judgement, is analytical, pays great attention to detail, is flexible, self-motivated, driven & who delivers excellent customer service whilst always adhering to your individual underwriting authority limits.
You may only have previous experience as a broker or at an insurer in their customer service team, but as long as you are willing to learn, the company is happy to train you on the underwriting side of things here.
As above, you must have at least 1 years insurance experience, gained at either a broker or insurer, and this can be commercial or personal lines based.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
