Insurance Customer Service Advisor (no weekends)
A well-established insurance group who handles both personal and commercial insurance products, now have an excellent opportunity for those with at least 1 years insurance experience to join them. The role sits within their customer service department, based in their Birmingham office.
The purpose of the role is to customers, taking inbound service-based calls You will be required to handle mid-term policy adjustments as well as handling customers renewals. The role requires dealing with clients over the phone and via e-mail to ensure retention targets are maximised, keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.
We are keen to hear from you if you have a great telephone manner, looking for a move to a company that can offer genuine long term career prospects, and have at least 1 years insurance experience, gained at either a broker or insurer, and this can be commercial or personal lines based.
Salary on offer is £20-25k depending on experience, plus bonus, with 25 days holiday.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
