Commercial Development Executive

This is an ideal role for an experienced Account Executive/development executive to inherit a book of commercial medical business, to give you a foundation, with a remit to aggressively develop the book.

This powerful broking group provides a great place to work for those who wish to progress their career. It is an exciting time to be joining them, as they have lots going on, and big plans for the future!  They are now keen to add an ambitious Commercial Account Executives to their Commercial Care Insurance team, and they can accommodate remote working so happy to speak to experienced people across the UK. They have offices in Stevenage, Bristol and Croydon, so would be a distinct advantage if you can get to one of these offices on a once monthly basis.

They are a major player in the UK broking market but have big plans to continue their impressive growth, under the leadership of a very passionate and knowledgeable Head of Division, so this is an excellent time to be joining this part of the business.

The team specialises in providing bespoke insurance solutions to a wide range of commercial clients and generates a great deal of referral business because of its professional approach.

As an Account Executive you will make a measurable contribution to the profitability and overall growth of the company, through effective sales pipeline management, prospecting activity, face to face visits and networking., with an experienced support team behind you.

The key to success is people. This broker work hard to get to know their customers, whether that’s new or existing clients. You will build relationships and understand their approach to insurance and risk management, tailoring and administering insurance solutions for the protection of their finances and liabilities.

To be considered, you will need at least 4-6 years’ experience gained in a Commercial insurance sales role (ideally with exposure to medical clients, though this is not essential), with proven sales track record as they are really looking for a “heavy hitter”

You will be highly professional with a confident demeanour, as well as being extremely driven and highly ambitious.
