Commercial Insurance Broker - Existing Business

Great opportunities now available to join a growing Insurance Broker, in Croydon.

This broker is growth focussed and expanding rapidly, and as such are seeking an Insurance Broker to join them in their office in Croydon and have a genuine desire to see their staff succeed, grow and progress within the company.

They now have a new opening to join them on their existing business team.

 

They handle SME business here, so it is faced paced, and high-volume business you will be dealing with.

 

The team receives enquires online and by telephone which they respond to in a timely manner, assessing cover requirements, obtaining quotations from insurers and communicating these to prospective clients.  There is no expectation to generate or produce leads as the team has a steady flow of enquiries which require attention, so there is always lots of business to renew!
 

As such they need someone who has at least 1 years plus commercial insurance broking experience, to join them to help work on and service all these hot leads!

 

On offer is a competitive basic salary (£25-30k) with Individual performance incentives based on audit outcome – Highest being £675 available per month as well as a company pension scheme. A financial support scheme to obtain professional CII qualifications is also available + 25 days holiday.

 

3 days a week in the office (Mon, Weds & Fri) with the rest being able to be home based.

They also offer regular training, personal development and structured CPD sessions.
