Trainee Commercial Insurance Broker

We are currently working with successful broking group, who are now looking to add to their team, in their office in Witney. They currently have 22 people working in the commercial team here and are now keen to add 2 new people to the team, to help them continue their impressive growth plans. As such this represents a great opportunity to join a Broking group that are genuinely going places.

 

This broker is open to speaking to people with varying levels of experience, across a multitude of industries. All they are interested in, is if you want a career in the insurance industry!

You will be trained to be responsible for the servicing of new and existing Commercial Insurance clients, being tasked with winning new commercial business to begin with. You will also handle then renewals for new and existing clients, as well as liaising with Insurers/Underwriters.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person to enter this industry, who would like to expand their skills and knowledge as this broker are renowned for their ongoing training and development, which includes them supporting you to achieve the Certificate in Insurance qualification and become a registered chartered insurance broker!

You should be able to demonstrate a good grounding dealing with commercial insurance products, possessing a confident telephone manner and be able to work with clients at all levels.

 

Salary on offer is £23-28,000, depending on skills and experience. Salary reviews are also undertaken every year for which they heavily reward staff who have exceeded their expectations.

 

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
