Motor Claims Handler

The team you will be joining are a proactive claims team who go the extra mile for their clients and who genuinely put the customer at the heart of everything they do, so they would like to speak to those who match these values.
You will be responsible handling a portfolio of Motor claims for customers across the UK dealing with all aspects of both first party and third-party claims including, but not limited to; customer claims, third party damage claims, credit hire and credit repair damage claims.
As such you will need to possess a practical understanding of Indemnity and Liability issues as well as a practical understanding of third-party claims including credit hire. Experience of portal claims to include OIC/MOJ is also preferred.
This is an office-based position (with Hybrid working available after training), and all staff will benefit from a comprehensive training program and personal development here.
The office is also close to local amenities with excellent links by rail or car.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary, dependant on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
A claims bonus will also be available too once probation period completed (Probation Period is 6 months)
