Insurance Broker - Military Insurance

We are currently recruiting for a small but perfectly formed Broker, who are part of a larger group. They specialise in providing cover for HM Forces personnel, their families and associated civilians, and launched back in 2017 due to the lack of specialist insurance brokers that can provide cover for this.

This has been a massive success, and as such are now looking to add 2 more people to their current team of 4. They seek one person with insurance experience and would consider full training for the second if you have some sales/customer service experience.

They are keen to speak with those who are used to dealing with a good cross section of personal lines policies (such as Motor, and standard and non-standard household) and able to handle a client with several policies due at the same time and will provide full training on their niche insurance products.

This role will be based in their Oakham office, however they have plans to move to Leicester in July, so would suit someone local to Leicester.

You will be responsible for handling new business quotes, renewals, and mid-terms for HM forces personnel and their families.

To be considered for these roles, you will need a decent background in personal lines (a minimum of 1 year plus), and ideally have the Cert CII qualification as a minimum, although this is not essential.

You will be highly professional with a confident demeanour, as well as being extremely driven and highly ambitious.

Salary on offer here is £22-26k dependant on experience.

Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, with the potential to work Saturday 9am-1pm (with a day of in lieu)
