Team Manager

An ambitious management professional is sought by a leading Insurance group who have a fantastic opportunity available to join them in their stunning Winchester office to head up and manage a Commercial Insurance team currently standing at 8.

You will be tasked with managing and motivating a team of new business execs, account handlers and customer service advisors, as well as having a bank of your own commercial clients to look after.

You will be self-motivated and a proven leader, being able to inspire those around you.

This is a genuinely rarely available exciting opportunity for an experienced management professional to lead, manage and motivate a high performing team of Insurance professionals.

You will be tsked with ensuring the delivery of a coordinated and managed high quality, innovative client service relating to commercial insurance products, working in a role where you will be required to coach, develop and performance manage the team ensuring personal development plan objectives are in place.

Just as important as your experience will be your attitude with a genuine desire to achieve the best possible customer outcome and make sure your team adhere to this, as this is what this company are renowned for!

To be considered for this role, you will need at least 3 years plus management experience.

Office hours are 8:45am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with hybrid working. Salary on offer is £40-60k basic depending on experience, plus a competitive bonus structure, available after completion of your probation period. Please note that some occasional travel will be required to their Wickham office for meetings.
