A forward-thinking Insurance Broker based in Bawtry, now have an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to join them as a Lead Generator/Appointment Setter.

If you haven’t got kids, they can still offer flexibility with regard to the odd early finish to get away for a weekend etc.
There are also some other call perks here, they provide 24/7 GP access – you can go via their life cover provider (after 6 months service) to help avoid GP waiting times as well as Medical second opinion cover – they have a service whereby staff can seek a medical second opinion if they are unhappy with a medical diagnosis – again this kicks in after 6 months service)

You will be required to make a large number of outbound sales calls to potential new clients, with the objective of setting appointments for the Sales Executives and Directors as well as referring leads to the internal sales team. They provide full training and on-going development here too, with the aim to get you into an Account Handler role on their new business team in 24 months if successful in this role.
First and foremost, you will need to have a very professional telephone manner with the ability to open doors with potential clients up to Director Level, so only driven, hungry and ambitious people are sought for this role.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have a background in lead generation, telesales or sales (inbound outbound), looking for a career in the insurance market. You must also be self-motivated and able to push through rejection and handle each and every call with enthusiasm.
You will be rewarded with a starting basic salary of £22-25k, with bonuses available for each appointment generated and a further bonus if business is secured on the back of this.
Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
