If you are looking for a new challenge within the Administration function, we have the role for you in our clients office based in Weybridge

They are a leading provider of financing solutions for healthcare professionals and are now looking for a dynamic Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time office-based role providing first class admin support to the business.

The ideal candidate:

  • High attention to detail, with particular focus on numeracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Work well as a team and independently.
  • A positive “can do” attitude.
  • Good IT skills including intermediate MS Excel and MS Word.
  • A minimum of GCSE at grade c or above in English and Maths (or qualification equivalent)

Duties include:

  • Producing a range of documents including letters, schedules, and invoicing
  • Scanning and electronic filing.
  • Administering client records.
  • Updating management data.
  • Providing support to team members and for project work
  • General office administrative tasks from post to basic administrative tasks.
  • Supporting sales, promotional and marketing activities.

For the right candidate they will offer:

  • Salary of between £20-22k, dependant on experience.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Hours of work Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
