Systems Support Analyst (Open GI)

A well-established insurance group who use Open GI as their system/quoting software and now seek a Systems Support Analyst to join their system development team, where the focus is to maintain, design, develop and text software to enhance functionality of business applications.

As such they are currently only looking at speaking to those who have experience working on the development of the Open GI Insurance software. 

You will be working on the development of this software, continuously identifying areas for improvement and providing potential solutions to the company and reduce costs as well as monitoring and maintaining key business applications (most notably Open GI). You will also get to engage with development projects with other departments and stakeholders as well as providing technical support on the applications.  

You must have at least 1 years experience, gained at either an insurance broker or insurer, where you will have been working in the backend on frame development and XML integration. You will have an excellent understanding of Open GI Core and the different parts of the application.

Salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with hybrid working available after probation.
