Pricing Analyst

They are now looking for a Pricing Analyst, which is a completely brand new role for them.

The main focus of your role will be to:-
- Design and enhance pricing models to support both new and existing income protection products.
- Evaluate trends in retention, underwriting outcomes, and claims experience to refine pricing assumptions.
- Partner closely with Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and Product teams to support cohesive and informed pricing strategies.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of management information dashboards to track product and pricing performance.
- Offer financial and actuarial insight to support product innovation, profit analysis, and discussions with reinsurers.
- Develop price elasticity models to assess the impact of pricing strategies and guide long-term planning.
- Working closely with the CFO and Actuaries, play an active role in regulatory and strategic reporting processes
To be considered you will need 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role or with transferable expertise, strong analytical skills with experience in a similar pricing, commercial, or financial analyst role, coupled with strong communication skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly.

Office hours are 8:45am to 5pm and the salary on offer is £35-40,000, depending on experience including all the benefits mentioned above, with them offering hybrid working. (You will need to be in the office 2/3 days a week)
