Our client is a highly respected Independent Insurance Broker with a strong reputation and a loyal client base. Due to continued growth, they’re seeking a Commercial Claims Handler to join their dynamic team.

You’ll be joining an established firm with longstanding agricultural clients and a steady flow of claims — meaning you’ll maintain a work-life balance but play a pivotal role in maintaining client relationships. You’ll work closely with experienced Account Handlers, providing claims-based support and acting as the main investigator/consultant for claims.

What’s on offer:

• Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

• Private Medical Insurance

• 26 days’ holiday plus bank holidays

• Pension and Death in Service benefits

• Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm working hours (4 day week with flexibility given as to hours/days of work)

About you:

• Minimum of a years’ experience in commercial claims 

• Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial insurance classes

• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

• Proactive, career-driven, and eager to grow with a respected independent broker going the extra mile for a longstanding client base.
