The Opportunity

Working closely with Client Executives and experienced insurance professionals, you'll play a key role in delivering tailored insurance solutions to a diverse commercial client base.

You'll gain exposure to a broad range of commercial insurance products while building strong relationships with clients and insurers alike. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has a solid foundation in commercial insurance and is looking to broaden their knowledge, increase their responsibilities and continue progressing professionally.

Based in their modern Norwich office, you'll occasionally travel to their Newmarket head office for training, collaboration and company events.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting Client Executives in understanding and servicing client requirements
  • Managing renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments across a range of commercial insurance policies
  • Negotiating with insurers to secure competitive and appropriate cover for clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all activities are appropriately documented and diarised
  • Keeping up to date with market developments, insurer appetite and regulatory changes
  • Delivering outstanding service and positive customer outcomes at every stage of the insurance journey

What They Are Looking For

We're keen to speak with individuals who already have experience within commercial insurance and are eager to continue learning and developing their career.

You'll ideally have:

  • At least 2 years' commercial insurance experience across a range of products
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent)
  • Cert CII qualification, or a willingness to work towards achieving it
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Experience using Acturis would be advantageous but is not essential.

Just as importantly, you'll be curious, adaptable and motivated to find the best outcomes for clients. You'll enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team while also being confident taking ownership of your own workload and decision-making.
