Having recently completed their second year of trading, the business is on track to achieve £1 million in commission income and has ambitious plans to grow to £1.5 million and beyond. Their growth has been driven primarily through Construction and Property sectors, but they are now looking to expand further and bring in talented individuals who want to help shape the future direction of the business.

This is not your traditional Account Executive role.

You'll have the freedom to develop and grow your own portfolio and genuinely earn from the book you create, with growth based shares. Whether your expertise lies in Construction, Property, General Commercial, Technology, Professional Services, or another niche sector, the business is open-minded and keen to support the development of new divisions and specialisms.

You'll be joining a business where entrepreneurial thinking is encouraged, decisions are made quickly, and success is rewarded properly.

Location & Flexibility

The office is based in Newbury but he business is happy to consider high-quality candidates from across the UK, with an expectation of attending the Newbury office approximately three Mondays out of every four during the initial onboarding period.
