An established regional law firm is expanding its residential property team in Doncaster and is looking for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional who can confidently manage their own caseload. You'll handle a varied range of residential transactions, build lasting client relationships and work alongside colleagues who value collaboration, professional development and consistently high standards of service.

The Role
You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, guiding clients through their transactions from initial instruction to completion while ensuring matters progress efficiently and communication remains clear throughout.
Your responsibilities will include:
Residential Conveyancing: Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions independently, with minimal supervision.
End-to-End File Management: Progressing transactions from instruction through to completion, keeping deadlines on track and resolving issues as they arise.
Client Advice: Providing clear, practical guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring they understand each stage of their transaction.
Client Care: Maintaining high standards of communication and service, building trust and delivering a positive client experience.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure transactions progress smoothly and clients receive consistent support.
Quality & Compliance: Maintaining accurate files, meeting regulatory requirements and ensuring work is completed to a high professional standard.
Team Performance: Contributing to the continued success of the residential property team through effective case management and a proactive approach to service delivery.

What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with qualified residential conveyancers who are confident managing their own files and committed to delivering an excellent client experience.
You'll ideally have:
Experience: 2–6 years' PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing.
Qualifications: Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional.
Technical Ability: A solid understanding of residential property transactions and the ability to progress files independently.
Caseload Management: The confidence to manage competing deadlines and take responsibility for your own workload with minimal supervision.
Client Service: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing clear, responsive and practical advice.
Organisation: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to keep transactions moving efficiently.
Teamwork: A collaborative approach and the willingness to work closely with colleagues and support staff.
Professional Approach: A focus on quality, integrity and building positive relationships with clients.
