We are recruiting a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 0–2 years’ PQE to join an established and successful team with exciting plans for growth. The Role

  • Develop and manage your own caseload, primarily focusing on commercial and general litigation.

  • Assist with a varied range of dispute resolution matters, including commercial litigation, property litigation and contentious probate.

  • Negotiate effectively to achieve practical outcomes for clients.

  • Provide clear, commercially focused advice and support.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of client service.

  • Build professional relationships with clients and external contacts.

  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the team.

About You

  • A qualified Solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE, or a Chartered Legal Executive with relevant litigation experience.

  • Proven experience in general litigation, with experience in at least one of the following areas: commercial litigation, property litigation or contentious probate.

  • Strong technical knowledge appropriate to your level of experience, with the confidence to handle litigation matters and develop your own caseload.

  • Demonstrable negotiation skills and the ability to approach disputes pragmatically, with a clear commercial focus.

  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build professional relationships with clients and external contacts.

  • A proactive, tenacious and commercially minded approach, combined with a strong commitment to teamwork.

  • A genuine ambition to develop your litigation expertise, contribute to the growth of the team and progress your career.
